    I took these two nuggets of wisdom from the article:-

    1. Why did these bicycle mechanics succeed when a famous scientist failed? Because Langley hired other people to execute his concept. Studying the Wrights’ diaries, you see that insight and execution are inextricably woven together.

    2. Work hard, and take frequent breaks, but stay with it over time.

    Those are good takes :)

    Insights aren’t the bolts of light, but gentle progression of ideas–and then some idea that isn’t connected at all.

    If we didn’t have the progression of ideas, the ‘big eureka moment’ could come and go, and we’d never notice it, because we weren’t prepared.
